- Site Preparation & Utilities — Excavation, clearing (including forestry mulching if needed), utility connections, and foundation work get everything ready.
- Foundation & Structure — We pour footers, stem walls, or slabs with rigorous compaction, moisture protection, and structural integrity in mind. For example, we use a concrete vibrator on every stem-wall pour to drive out hidden air pockets.
- Envelope & Framing — Here we build the walls, roof, and external shell; we focus on performance (air sealing, insulation, thermal breaks) so the home works efficiently from the start.
- Systems & Interior Finishes — Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, interior finishes, cabinetry, log work — we integrate all the elements that make your cabin a true home in the woods.
